At MSTAR Chit Fund Private Limited, payments toward the chit are to be made in prescribed monthly instalments, with the first two instalments payable in full. Dividends commence from the third instalment onwards. Each month, within 7 to 10 days after the auction, an intimation card is sent to subscribers detailing the previous auction’s bid amount, current monthly instalment, outstanding dues, and payment deadlines. While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery of these cards, postal delays or non-receipt cannot be accepted as valid reasons for late or missed payments. In such cases, subscribers are advised to remit an amount equal to the previous month’s due, with any differences adjusted in the following month.
