At MStar Chits, pass books will be issued to members upon the remittance of the second instalment. Members are required to submit their pass books along with each subsequent remittance to ensure entries are updated regularly. In the event of loss or damage to the pass book, a duplicate can be issued upon payment of a nominal fee of Rs. 25/-.
