Chits & Benefits
Chit funds offer savings with returns and access to lump-sum funds through monthly auctions, benefiting both savers and borrowers.
Remittance & Subscription
Subscribers must remit monthly payments on time. Delays may result in penalties and loss of dividends for prized or non-prized members.
Auction Procedure
Monthly auctions are held for each group. Members can bid in person, in writing, or through an authorised representative. Rules apply.
Distribution Of Dividend
Auction discounts are equally distributed as dividends in the next instalment, less 5% Foreman’s commission. No dividend in the first two months.
Release Of Prize Money
Prize money is released before the next auction upon security approval. Payment is via cheque or DD for outstation members.
Re-Auction
If the prize is unclaimed within 60 days, re-auction is held. The earlier dividend is cancelled, and differences are recovered.
Loan Services
Members can avail loan services against their chit value or security. Terms and interest rates apply as per company policy.
Discontinuation
Discontinuing subscribers can seek a substitute. Refunds are subject to a 5% deduction and are only guaranteed after group closure.
